Teapots & Tales 9am to 11am

On Friday 26th September, we will be hosting our annual “Teapots & Tales” event as part of the Macmillan Cancer “World’s Biggest Coffee Morning”. This is an event close to our hearts as we have a large number of staff, pupils and parents who have all been affected by a loved one receiving a cancer diagnosis.

This is an optional event where we set our hall up for families to come in to school, make a cash donation to charity for a drink and a cake and read a book with your child. In order to make the morning run as smooth as possible, we have dedicated sessions for each year group:

9:15 – 10:00: Year 1

10:00 – 10:45: Reception

10:45 – 11:30: Year 2

If you have a child in two different year groups, we would be grateful if you could attend the session linked to your youngest child and then let your eldest child’s class teacher know. That way, they can be prepared for your child to be absent during a different part of their morning.
