Performance & Policies

This page acts as a platform for you to find out more about the past, present and future of our school! By taking a look at the “Assessment & Results” page, you will find out more information about both the statutory and non-statutory assessment that take place within our school. You will also find the link to the DFE’s (Department For Education’s) published school data.

Within the Ofsted pages, you will find a link to our latest Ofsted report as well as a link for how to express your views about our school. Please note, Parent View is used to inform our overall grade during an inspection. We always advise parents coming to speak to us if they have any concerns rather than waiting until an Ofsted inspection takes place.

We also have our policies section available here. Because we have such a large number of policies and documents, we have split these into relevant sections. You may find on other pages of the school website that you are redirected to our policies page. This is because we want to make sure you have access to the most recent and up to date information about our policy and practice and this avoids duplicate documents being available on our website. if you spot something that doesn’t look right, please do let us know!

Policies

School policies cover every aspect of school life. Policies address the practical implications of how to achieve the school’s vision and are a key means of ensuring that agreed values underpin day-to-day decisions and actions in our school. All policies are reviewed and updated regularly. You can use the search function at the top of the page to find a specific policy or use the links below.

We work alongside CaPS (Compliance &  Privacy Solutions) to ensure our school is increasingly GDPR compliant. Derek Mann leads CaPS and is our DPO (Data Protection Officer). All of our GDPR related policies, procedures and work is reviewed and supported by CaPS.

Please click here to view our Data Protection Policy. Please note, this link will take you to one of our policies pages where policies ar elisted in alphabetical order.

Staff, children and parents are also able to put forward a Subject Access Request. This is where you can request specific information held about you or your child. Please note, a Subject Access Request often requires a significant amount of staff time to collate and produce so we ask that you carefully consider the circumstances around when you may wish to use one. We have both a PDF Subject Access Request Form as well as a Microsoft Word editable Subject Access Request Form. Once your form is completed, we ask that you bring it alongside proof of ID to our main office.
