School Grounds Working Party

School Grounds Day
At the start of every school year, we notice that our school grounds could do with a little bit of love! Therefore, we hold an annual School Grounds Working Party and we would love as much support as possible for this very important event. We encourage parents, children, grandparents, aunties, cousins, neighbours etc. to come and help us get our school grounds into tip top shape, ready for the rest of the year. It’s a great form of exercise and a good way to make new friends / meet new people in classes etc. Traditionally, tasks include (but aren’t limited to) the following:– Pruning, Sweeping, Pond clearing, Weed / nettle removing, Painting, Moving furniture, Minor repair works, Cleaning / pressure washing. It’s a “more the merrier” type event! We are always grateful if you could bring along tools/equipment that you have available at home as we have a limited supply of resources within school.
