Flu Vaccinations
The Children and Family Health Surrey Immunisation Team are visiting our school on Friday 4th October to deliver Influenza (flu) vaccinations via a nasal spray. Our immunisation took place in October last year and we believe this had a large impact on reducing the number of illnesses that children experienced during the autumn term.
An e-consent form using the school’s unique code of ‘SR124981’ will need to be completed by ALL families by 12pm on 30th September, even if you do not wish for your child to have the vaccination.
